Fred Harvey Era Old Turquoise Silver 1930s Whirling Log Cuff Bracelet Pre WW 2
This fabulous old bracelet features 3 very nice turquoise cabochons and hand stamped emblems. Maker: Most likely Navajo or Pueblo made, but there is no maker's hallmark (as was common of most Native jewelry from this era). True Vintage item, circa 1930s, can be dated to Pre WWII, as the "whirling logs" or "four directions" or "swastika" symbol was no longer used by Native Artisans after about 1939. Size: Inside circumference measures 7 inches total, which includes a 1 inch gap. It is 3/4 inches wide. The Fred Harvey era refers to Native Jewelry items made primarily for the tourist trade in the Early to Mid twentiest Century.
