While I at first assumed the silver was trader supplied commercial sheet, under a 10X loop there are laminations and other evidence of ingot metal. The ornament falls squarely within so called Fred Harvey style, that crafted as a more wearable alternative to traditional tribal aesthetic adornment - silver drop decor along with arrow and "walking dog" stamp work embellishment adds to the visual charisma and distinctly vintage look. All that said, the bracelet reflects the skill of a tribal craftsman adapting to satisfy the change in fashion dictates, as good new roads finally opened the American Southwest for tourism - thank you, Franklin Roosevelt. Weight is good for the form at about 27 grams on my portable digital scale.

Condition is quite fine and with a wonderful aura of age as seen in the pics. I have avoided any urge to clean or "improve", and personally feel it looks just fine as is. The turquoise has nice coloration and remains tight to the bezel.

There is an ancient unobtrusive very faint tight fracture line which may have been there when set, this mentioned for complete accuracy - the bracelet was obviously worn just so in the long ago. All usual and expected signs of period purposeful use are here simply more evidence of a history. A look at the pics should give a good idea of appearance and condition - a nice Depression Era bracelet that will look great worn about in Santa Fe or wherever you live. Inner circumference is about 5 9/16 in. Plus the 1 1/16 in.

Vertical at the front, so yes it will be noticed. I'm not sure what else to say, so there you are. THIS IS LISTED AS U.
