Old Pawn Fred Harvey Era Navajo Silver Turquoise California Gold Token Ring 8.5
Presenting a rare, early, Navajo, Sterling Silver, Carved Turquoise and California Gold token ring. From the Fred Harvey Era, this early hand-made ring features a 1854 Indian head, California Gold Token. The coin is in an open back setting (see pix). There are eleven, matched, carved Turquoise stones creatively bezel set around the Coin, with beading in the Navajo tradition. The face of the ring measures approximately 1 1/8, in diameter. Weight is 9.9 grams. The ring is a size 8 1/2, and can be resized by a jeweler. It is unmarked, like many Native American pieces, but guarenteed to test Sterling. The ring is unpolished, exhibiting a natural darkened aged patina. Beautiful, rare, Navajo ring in clean Vintage condition.
