Vintage Fred Harvey Era unmarked sterling silver and turquoise cabochon cuff bracelet with a natural turquoise stone in an interesting shade of dark teal, extensive stamp work, two pop-up tooled flower forms and two prominent medallion domes echoing. At just under 23 grams, this bracelet has a solid feel but the gap still has some give and adjustability. Scroll down for more about the Fred Harvey Era. It's nice to see the iconic cowboys and Indians style of this era in a bracelet this solid and large enough for most adult female wrists. Condition is good with wear commensurate with age and no significant issues that I can see.

Internal Circumference (NOT including gap): 5-3/4 (14.6 cm). GAP (somewhat adjustable): 1-1/4 (3.2 cm). Width at widest point: 7/8 (2.2 cm). Stone Size: 14 x 10 mm.

Vintage and/or antique merchandise may have some degree of visible wear and/or patina. This is considered normal and can be a part of the overall appeal and charm. I do my best to mention any specific condition issues. All items are described to the best of my knowledge. Fred Harvey Era refers to a genre of Native American produced jewelry, specifically made to the tastes of Anglo tourists along the Santa Fe railroad lines, hotels and Fred Harvey retail shops during the first half of the 20th century (between 1900 and 1955).

Adventuring tourists brought home the romance of rail travel through the wild west with these keepsakes made by the "peaceful Indians" there. This moment in American history helped give rise to the prominent Native American jewelry tradition that has continued to evolve to the present day.
