Presenting an early Old Pawn, Sterling Silver, and Turquoise,'Thunderbird' Cigarband ring. This fabulous rare, Navajo ring features an oval, bezel set'Sleeping Beauty' Turquoise stone.

The stone is set in the chest of a stamped applied Thunderbird. There are stamped Arrows, on the sides and other traditional stamping in the Navajo tradition. The face of the ring measures approximately over 3/4 high, and tapers to the back.

Weight is 8.7 grams. It is unmarked like many early Native American pieces, but guarenteed to test Sterling. There looks there may be a sizing line, shows slightly from the inside.
